Mr. Brandt has enjoyed a 30-year career in banking which includes several years as Vice President, Corporate & Commercial Banking with a major North American bank, thereafter (1992-2002), as President and CEO of Dresdner Bank Canada, a subsidiary of Dresdner Bank AG. During his tenure, he developed and implemented a new strategic plan that successfully transformed the bank into one of the more successful of the foreign-owned Canadian banks and a leader in project and specialized financing. More recently, he has used his experience to provide strategic, financial and management consulting to a number of companies across diverse industries.

Mr. Brandt has a B.Sc. and a MBA (Finance & Accounting) and has served on the boards of several organizations.
